The next couple of days should be easy.
They're usually a room from home. They tend to be emptier if you're an inmate.

For what it's worth, the rooms are all soundproofed. So if you hear people getting it on it's because they need to learn to shut their door.

You wait. The admiral assigns pairings every two weeks or so. Some people end up waiting longer than others, but you'll get assigned eventually.
