Yes, but I do not believe that there is only one way to commune with Him.

It means that we all pray to the same thing in the end regardless of what name or sex we give it.

And what should you prefer? That someone deem their god or gods superior to others? Or the only one true God?

At least that's being honest.

Because the way you look at it isn't the same. You picked one over the others, right? That means you like that belief.

Anyway, just one god? It's weird.

Just because that is the way I have chosen to commune with the Divine does not mean that I cannot acknowledge the merits of other systems of belief or that I can claim that mine is truly right or the only way.

It might not be the only way, but you wouldn't pick it if it wasn't the better way.

It's better for me personally. That doesn't make it universally so.

I don't feel like when I'm praying I'm talking to one big guy in the sky.

Don't you ever want to pray to a woman?

I haven't felt particularly compelled to, no.

It was simply not the way I was raised so it's never bothered me to pray to a God rather than Goddess.

It seems to me that there's something pretty important about women that shouldn't be missing from God.

Would it be impossible for a man to possess traits of a woman or vice versa?

No. Everyone should have both. That's the point.

Then who's to say He does not already? What difference would it make then if I pray to a God or Goddess?

Then why call God "He"?

Because a bunch of guys say so?

Because in the path that I have chosen, that is what is written.

Well, in my world, the gods might be immortal and powerful but they still frak up sometimes. It means there's hope for the rest of us.
